Overview of Speaker Compass CRM

Speaker Compass is a stand-alone software application, running on your computer or iPad that includes a Company Organizer, Message Planner, And Sales System.

"Offline" means you only pay for it once and use it forever. No Monthly Fees!

The Customer Organizer has everything a professional speaker needs to track contacts and groups. You may manage individual people and the organizations or companies they belong to. Use customized tags to find and sort contacts and companies. Track all Events, Communication, Proposals, Documents, Presentations, and Invoices specific to each company.

The Message Planner gives the option to plan, create and store all messages and workshops by combining any number of reusable elements or message points.

Include the PowerPoint or Keynote Slides in the message plan. It also includes a unique built-in memory system to easily memorize and rehearse presentations. For easy rehearsal, memory points may be exported to an iPhone for convenient review.

The Sales System includes tracking of any events and the number of proposals for jobs submitted each month. Events, Jobs, and Tasks are also managed together and appear on the integrated calendar. Track all communication specific to any contact, group, event, or job. Speaker Compass also includes an expense tracker and a product management and invoice system for all products, whether they're physical, digital, presentations, or workshops.

Multiple staff may log in and use the system, which will record all staff-specific communications and tasks. Administrators may limit staff views to any chosen screens.

The Settings screen manages all program defaults, and includes listing portals for subscription URLs, for the one-click subscription invitations. It includes all default tasks, and a Cut & Paste field for online Speaker Application forms. For easy access, the Settings screen also includes listings of all Social Media platforms used in the program, document links, and the full digital-documents.

The import and export features allow for easy data migration in or out of Speaker Compass, and an easy way to import or export an email list for marketing.

Since it's an offline system, you don't need an internet connection to run it, unless you want to send emails or access web pages.
